Center City’s venerable Oyster House unveiled a new menu of Summer cocktails this week.

Like previous libation lineups at the time-honored Sansom Street institution, there’s a heavy emphasis placed on the new drinks’ compatibility with the House’s oysters and other seafood specialties. Naturally, that means gin, with its lighter botanical profiles and ability to play well with citrus flavors, gets a lot of play.

For this latest update, Head Bartender Lindsey Krueger came up with six new gin-based cocktails that showcase some of the bar’s 20-plus varieties. The other six offerings on the list are a mix of revamped classics and punches.
