This seasonal beer from the Downingtown brewery is a blend of German hops and pale malt with a lemony twist. It was first commissioned by the GPTMC (aka Visit Philly) in 2010 to “capture the essence of a city that is rich in history and in flavor.” The beer proved so popular it has been released each summer since, and distribution has been expanded to 29 states (5.2% ABV).
