Weyerbacher White Sun Wit

Formerly known as Blanche, this beer was developed after brewers took a trip to Belgium and steeped themselves in the witbeer knowledge of the town of Hoegaarden. The resulting seasonal is lightly spicy, from coriander, orange peel and grains of paradise, and tart on the finish. Definitely a refreshing offering from the Easton, PA brewery that made a name for itself with heavy, high-octane beers (4.6% ABV).
