3) Victory Brewing Hop Devil IPA
This rich copper IPA from the Downingtown, PA brewery has an herbal and earthy aroma with a slight presence of orange peel. The taste comes on spicy and piney, but not overly so - the malts combat the bitterness nicely. The beer finishes smooth; it’s a prime example of a more balanced IPA (6.7% ABV).
