This Vermont brewery focuses nearly all its attention on this well-balanced, cloudy orange-yellow beer with a complex flavor profile, and it shows. The initial blast of bitter grapefruit is counterbalanced by earthy notes of honey and caramel, but at 120 IBUs, make no mistake that this is a hophead’s can (8% ABV).
