Be sure to get a reservation for the night you’re at the Animal Kingdom for this open kitchen focused on South African cuisine. If the delicious food isn’t enough, be sure to check out the wine list—a list so extensive, it can claim the most South African wines outside of South Africa.

If you want the African flair without leaving the park, the Dawa Bar is the perfect stop. Near the Tusker House (and the Lion King show, which you’ll want to make a point of seeing), you can order an array of specialty cocktails here—and even get them in souvenir glasses! If cocktails aren’t your thing, they also have some African lagers which you probably won’t find many other places.
