If you believe that Philadelphia is in need of more great breweries, then you should check out the Kickstart for Brewery ARS.

Brewery ARS is a small family of artisan brewers that discovered their passion for homebrewing in their South Philadelphia rowhouse kitchen in 2007. The two brothers, Andy and Sean Arsenault, are dedicated to crafting distinct, style-bending ales and using the highest quality raw materials, such as whole flower hops. Through a four year international travel journey, the brothers gained a greater appreciation of the Belgian beer culture and traditional brewing methods. Brewery ARS plans to differentiate itself from other local breweries by never filtering, centrifuging or pasteurizing its brews.

The brothers are still in need of around $4,000 to fund the project. Funding will allow Andy and Sean to bring the business to the next level by investing in four 10-barrel fermentation tanks. With only a few days left to reach the donation goal, Brewery ARS appreciates all the support they can get to make the business a reality.
