The Franklin Mortgage in Rittenhouse is transforming their entire space into a pop-up flower shop featuring a hidden speakeasy inside.

Just in time for the Philadelphia Flower Show, the pop-up event will run Sunday, March 2 to Saturday, March 8 and will feature flower-themed specially made cocktails.

The front of the space will be completely taken over by a flower store with elaborate floral installations designed and created by local florist Marianna Coppola, of Creations by Coppola, and will feature a build-your-own-bouquet bar, among other unique arrangements and installations.

Continuing with the flower theme, The Franklin has tapped Tales of the Cocktail's 2024 Top Ten Best U.S. Bartenders of the Year, Erika Flowers from Compère Lapin in New Orleans to create a special cocktail menu for the event. The drink menu will feature Philadelphia's own Bluecoat Gin from Philadelphia Distilling as well as Rittenhouse Rye Bottled in Bond Whiskey from Kentucky, both from the Heaven Hill portfolio. Drinks will be made with the pristine clear blocks from Philadelphia Craft Ice Co. Zero proof options will also be available.

Reservations are encouraged through Resy but walk-ins are available, first come, first served. The pop-up will operate under normal business hours.
