Here's Every Vendor at the New Bourse Food Hall That Serves Alcohol (There's A Lot)
The Bourse Food Hall, Old City's newest dining destination, is full of great food vendors, no matter what you're looking for — but what if you want a drink to pair with your meal? With new daily hours (Monday through Thursday from 7 AM - 10 PM, Friday & Saturday from 7 AM - 12 AM, and Sundays from 9 AM - 9 PM), The Bourse is the perfect place for a work lunch, happy hour, or dinner with friends. From craft cocktails to wine on draft to local beer, here's every vendor at The Bourse that serves alcohol.
Bluebird Distilling
This Phoenixville distillery's Bourse outpost is its biggest Philadelphia location to date, with a full bottle shop and cocktail bar directly in the center of the Bourse's dining area. Grab food elsewhere in the hall and try one of their signature, Bourse-only cocktails or a classic using one of their spirits, and during the week, they've got plenty of drink specials. In addition to a $7 featured cocktail that rotates weekly and is served throughout the day, their happy hour, which takes place from 4 PM - 6 PM on Monday through Friday, offers $9 classic cocktails and $2 off specialty Bourse cocktails.
Mighty Melt
This collaboration between local chefs Sam Jacobson (Stargazy) and Chris DiPiazza (Mighty Bread Co.) is home to some of the best grilled cheese sandwiches around, offering everything from a traditional grilled cheese with Amish cheddar on sourdough to a more upscale version with Brie and prosciutto. They've also got house wines, local beers (including Tired Hands on draft, Founders, and Cape May Brewing), spiked seltzers from Quaker City Shrubs, ciders from Ploughman's, a wine spritz, and even an ice cream beer float made with Founders Breakfast Stout and ice cream from Scoop Deville (also a tenant of The Bourse).
Lalo
While you're trying one of Lalo's authentic Filipino specialties like inihaw (grilled chicken skewers over garlic rice) or lumpia shanghai (pork, lemongrass & vegetable spring rolls), be sure to grab a cocktail like their Sunset Negroni (coconut infused Campari, gin, orange and grapefruit cordial), their rotating seasonal Filipino-inspired cocktail, or a bottle of San Miguel Lager.
Rebel Taco
This D.C. export brings with it tacos, margaritas, nachos, burritos, chips & guac, and more. Try a Mexican beer like Tecate, Corona, or Negra Modelo, a shot of tequila, or one of their house margaritas that come in variations like pomegranate and classic — and don't miss their signature drink, the Rebel Paloma, a grapefruit and tequila drink that's spruced up with some lime and ginger beer.
Chocodiem
Grab a seat with a view of Chocodiem's chocolate fountain and choose from one of their chocolate martinis, wines on draft (available by the glass or carafe), bottled wines, or even a wine & truffle flight. Don't miss their happy hour, Monday through Friday from 5 PM - 7 PM, which offers $10 raspberry martinis and $8 draft wines.
Pinch
Pair your authentic Chinese hand-pinched pork or vegetable dumplings at Pinch with a selection of draft beers or Fox-Tail's Cranberry Cider, a hard to find Oregon-based cider.
Taps Fill Station
Bring food from any other vendor to Taps, where you can get a huge variety of beer and wines (both canned and on draft) from Pennsylvania and beyond, and be sure to ask about their 36-line draft system. If you love something you try, you can take it home in a growler to enjoy later.
Freebyrd
Pair your classic Southern fried chicken sandwich with one of Freebyrd's tap cocktails, like their Moonshine Mule (moonshine, lime, ginger), their Kickin' Iced Tea (vodka, lemonade, sweet tea), or a 16 ounce "tall boy" beer (which will rotate as available).
Baby Buns
Top Chef Sylva Senat's small plates concept offers everything from bao buns to mini burgers, but they've also got an extensive beverage program. Try one of their rotating wines by the glass or a pre-batched cocktail from On The Rocks like their Mai Tai (made with Cruzan Rum), their Cosmopolitan (made with Effen Vodka), or their Old Fashioned (made with Knob Creek Whiskey).
Grubhouse
You can grab breakfast all day alongside American comfort food at this cozy spot, which also offers a selection of bottled beers hailing from the South. From 5 PM - 7 PM Monday through Friday, order from their snacks menu, which includes chicken strips and pigs in a blanket, and get 10% off your beer.
Rustica Rosticceria
Philly's own Marino Brothers (yes, they also own The Bourse's cheesesteak spot) are behind this authentic sandwich shop, which has everything from roast pork sandwiches to roast chicken platters (with any number of comforting, classic sides). Try a canned beer with your porchetta or meatball sandwich.
Bricco
If you're looking for Roman-style pizza al taglio (characterized by its thin crust and square shape), look no further than Bricco, and pair your slice with a cold bottle of Peroni or Birra Moretti la Rosa.
#getfried
This fried food emporium has endless varieties of fries and housemade sauces, as well as other fried foods like chicken strips, alongside a selection of draft beers (which, really, is the perfect companion to anything fried). During their happy hour, which runs Monday through Friday from 4 PM - 7 PM, you can score an order of fries (with sauce) and a 10 ounce draft beer for just $4.99.
Marino Bros. Cheesesteaks
This classic Philly cheesesteak joint serves up all of your favorite cheesesteak varieties as well as local and domestic drafts, including selections from Budweiser, Victory Brewing Co., Goose Island, Stella Artois, and New Belgium.
Other vendors include Abunai Poké, Barry's Buns, Break Juicery, Bonatsos at The Bourse, Bronze Table by Vera Pasta, Chaat and Chai, Ka'Moon, Kari's Tea Bar, Menagerie Coffee, Penzey's Spices, Prescription Chicken, Scoop DeVille, and Takorean, as well as Escape the 1980s, and remember — you can grab a drink from one spot and food from another and find a seat in The Bourse's bustling food hall to enjoy both.
