4/7: Whiskey Dinner at Valanni

Valanni will be hosting a Whiskey Dinner on April 7th, featuring seven tapas paired with seven whiskeys with an intermezzo.
Offering insight into the whiskeys will be John Heffernan of Diageo Spirits, who will discuss not only the pairing and tasting of fine whiskey, but also distillation and overall process.
The menu sounds pretty amazing, and is posted below. If you know Diageo, you know they have some great brands such as Lagavulin and Talisker, both of which are going to be served.
Cost runs $85 per person, with seating’s at 7pm or 9pm. Reservations are a must.
