This Sunday, September 18, launch your Oktoberfest celebrations into full gear with a stop at
South Philly Tap Room’s first-ever
Sausagefest. Wiener-loving chef
Scott Schroeder invited a band of meat masters to help create tasty porcine eats for the event, including
Southwark’s
Nick Macri,
Brauhaus Schmitz’
Jeremy Nolan,
Cochon’s
Gene Giuffi and
943’s
Pat Cancelliere.
The housemade pig links will be accompanied by a variety of pay-as-you-go craft Oktoberfest drafts, including those from
Ayinger,
Flying Dog,
Great Lakes,
Hacker-Pschorr and
Victory. No reservations are needed, just stop by any time from 4 PM–close, and bring your appetite.
How are we doing? Tell us what you like or don't like and how we can improve. We would love to hear your thoughts!
