**These are all pretty great bars, but don't miss our updated Super Bowl LII roundup, complete with game day specials and up to the minute updates.**

Philadelphia is pretty spoiled when it comes to bars — we're one of the top beer cities in the country, so expectations for both beer lists and bar food are quite high. However, when it comes to watching the Super Bowl, you have plenty of options; you can find great beer and food almost anywhere, so this decision is all about atmosphere. Classic options like Chickie's and Pete's and Fox & Hound will always work, but here are a few other spots to try.

1. City Tap House: With a huge array of HDTVs with sound throughout the space, this classic with two locations (University City & Logan Square) is a no-brainer. Don't miss their classic bar food or their 60+ draft list. (3925 Walnut, 215-662-0105; 2 Logan Square, 215-587-9040)

2. Fieldhouse: Fieldhouse was made for huge sporting events, with 35 televisions in five distinct sound zones throughout the two story space. Every single beer on their 40-deep list is from within 100 miles of Philadelphia, so they keep it local, too. (1150 Filbert Street, 215-629-1520)

3. McGillin's Old Ale House: There's no better place to watch Philadelphia sports than in the city's oldest tavern. Enoy $2 pints of PBR, $7 pitchers of lager, and various other game day specials while you're there. (1310 Drury Street, 215-735-5562)

4. Misconduct Tavern: Another spot with two locations, you can't go wrong at either Misconduct Tavern thanks to their 10 HDTVs, full sports packages, amazing craft beer selection, and delicious food. (1511 Locust Street, 215-732-5797; 1801 JFK Boulevard, 267-928-4297)

5. Cavanaugh's Rittenhouse: Try Cavanaugh's award winning wings while watching your favorite team soar to victory on any one of their 12 HDTVs. They also have great beers on tap and plenty of drink specials. (1823 Sansom Street, 215-665-9500)
