McCrossen's Tavern is celebrating all things France on Tuesday April 23 starting at 6:30 PM. Springtime in Paris is April's thematic Totally Awesome Monthly Pairings event. The event is likely to sell out, so reservations are highly recommended. Four courses for just $40 includes hand selected wines from GM/Sommelier Lauren Harris and classic french dishes from Chef Townsend Wentz. Each course is accompanied by artisan fromage from DiBruno Bros' Rocco Rainone.
GM/Sommelier Lauren Harris has carefully selected the wines from Loire, Burgandy, Bordeaux, and Rhône regions. With this elevated wine list, Chef Wentz then creates four savory dishes to complement. Add the DiBruno Bros cheese and voilà! Perfection!
