Glow Bocce: Sign Up for Philly Bocce League Fall Season

It’s time to sign up for the fall edition of the Philly Bocce League, and there’s even more fun awaiting team members this season: GLOW BOCCE. That’s right, bocce with glow-in-the-dark balls. The development makes sense, since the sun sets earlier and earlier and by 7 PM on Wednesdays (when the league meets), it will be dark.

The Philly Bocce League is a great way to hang out and meet new people whether in the sunshine or with glow balls, since just about anyone can play. The fall season starts October 2 and runs for six weeks. You can sign up by yourself or gather a group of 5-12 friends and register (here) as a team.

For your $35 registration fee, you’ll get a Philly Bocce League team t-shirt and glow sticks and balls to play with during the game. After each session, which takes place at the Art Museum on Wednesdays at 7 PM, you can head to the league’s sponsor bar for an all-night glow rave party with drink discounts and specials. Plus, at the end of the season, there’s a party with free beer.
