Join Drink Philly For 'Vintage New Year's' at Independence Seaport Museum

Typically New Year’s Eve is a time to ponder the possibilities of what the future holds, while simultaneously reflecting on the past. This year, we’ll be focused more on the latter with our first Vintage New Year’s party at the Independence Seaport Museum.

Having grown tired of the same old open-bar-and-lame-dance-party game played out over countless New Year’s Eves past, we partnered with Brewer’s Plate producers Rolling Barrel Events and Mole Street, producers of Young Professionals Night at the Barnes Foundation and Diner En Blanc, to bring to you a worthy way of ringing in 2014 with classic cocktails, craft beers, a champagne toast, dancing, contests and good times.

Slip into your best vintage duds and join us for unlimited pours of classic cocktails and craft beers, and heavy hors d'oeuvres. For your dancing pleasure, The Sermon! will perform old school funk, soul and rock n’ roll, followed by DJ Adrian Hardy, who is guaranteed to keep the party moving. Best of all, the party will take place on the fourth floor of the Independence Seaport Museum which offers the best view in town for waterfront fireworks.

The Best Hat of the Night Competition will be judged by vintage hat experts Hat Covet. So come dressed to impress and you may win some cool new toppers courtesy of Hat Covet. Tickets include a $20 credit to Uber so you can arrive in style.

We'll be serving up craft beer by Victory Brewing Company and craft cocktails by Philadelphia Distilling Company. Here's the tap list for the night:
