Alla Spina, super-chef Marc Vetri’s gastro-funhouse up on North Broad Street, is turning its attention away from Italian beer for the evening on Thurs., Jan. 23, and focusing on the spontaneous fermented lambic ales from Belgium’s highly regarded Brewery Timmerman’s.
Join them and reps from the 300-year-old brewery — the oldest still active lambic producer in all of Belgium — for a taste of its flagship beers, and learn first hand what goes into making them.
