Florida Breweries Take Over Bainbridge Street Barrel House for Beer Brunch, June 7
Start off the last weekend of Philly Beer Week with fluffy eggs and kegs of some of Florida’s best beers at Bainbridge Street Barrel House. Beer from four different Florida breweries will be on tap for this sunny event.
Cigar City Brewmaster, Wayne Wambles, and VP of operations, Justin Clark, will be hanging out starting at 11 AM. They’re bringing with them beer from Saint Somewhere, Funky Buddha, Saltwater, and, of course, Cigar City.
Brunch runs from 10 AM-3 PM on Saturday featuring plenty of delicious dishes. Bainbridge serves up the brunch standards like eggs, pancakes, and french toast, but you can also choose from items like Dutch Cream Chipped Beef, Tempeh Hash, a Barrel House Omelet featuring Green Meadow Farm chipped beef and beer braised onions, or from a variety of eggs Benedict.
