Dine with Jim Koch at Red Owl Tavern, June 6

Jim Koch, founder of Boston Beer Company, is teaming up with Red Owl Tavern’s Executive Chef Jorge Chicas to bring Philadelphia the best Boston Beer Co pairing dinner yet.

Celebrate what has been a fantastic Philly Beer Week by joining Red Owl Tavern and Jim Koch on Friday, June 6, at 6 PM, for a delicious beer and dinner event. You will be treated to a four-course dinner featuring a different Boston Beer Co brew with each plate. You’ll even be able to keep the commemorative glassware. Because one can never have enough beer glasses.

Entrance Meet and Greet will be paired with charcuterie and Porch Rocker, a golden Helles lager with a blend of lemons at 4.5% ABV.

First Course: 

Beer Confit Lancaster County Chicken Wings- dry BBQ rub, ranch dressing
Honey Queen Braggot- Ale brewed with honey, chamomile, and other natural flavors, 7.5% ABV

Second Course:
Beer-Battered Cod and Fries- tartar sauce, malt vinegar
Word to the Weisse- Berliner Wiesse, 4.8% ABV

Third Course:
Beer-Braised Short Ribs- roasted garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal baby vegetables
Third Voyage- Double IPA, 8% ABV

Dessert:
Chocolate Brownie- Stout Creme Anglaise
Blueberry Hill Lager- 5.5% ABV
