As the sun starts to betray us, leaving early darkness in its wake, we eschew refreshment for warmth. Clothing layers return, and with them, our glassware refracts the rich hues of a centuries old college campus.
Put in simpler terms, the changing season has given us a new excuse to drink (as if we really needed one), so we set out in the 5 o’clock dusk for fireside* cocktails to match our suede boots and myriad flannels. To guide you in your quest for seasonal sips, we checked out a few places in town where you can have fall in a glass, martini or otherwise.
