Lunacy Brewing Company Now Open in Magnolia, NJ

Lunacy Brewing Company Now Open in Magnolia, NJ
A new brewery is hitting Camden County, with the grand opening of Lunacy Brewing Company in Magnolia. Owners Ed Gledholl, Mike Lees, Jay Macrina and Ricky Lees are showcasing a series of new beers aimed at appealing to the true beer nuts in the area.

Just five minutes from Flying Fish Brewery in Somerdale, Lunacy is kicking things off with a handful of varieties in their tasting room, including Lunacy IPA, Rocket Chocolate, a peanut butter stout, Moon Howler Pale Ale, Beautiful Baby’s Belgian Blonde Ale, and Sanitarium Double IPA.

They celebrated their grand opening on January 17, but quickly exhausted more than 30 kegs with the help of some very excited patrons. It’s no surprise--- Lunacy has been on the tongues of many local beer fans and homebrewers, thanks in part to the owners, who have been homebrewing themselves for years. Because of that, they’ve closed their doors and will reopen with a new supply on February 6.

The brewing company will sell plenty of merch, but also has their own beer club, the Asylum Club, which is now accepting members. Members are treated to a handful of perks, including members-only mugs, t-shirts and a party, early entree to new releases and special events and discounts on products.

For now, guests can grab growlers and pints, while the brewery plans to sell kegs in the area to local bars and restaurants.
