Limited Release Bluecoat Barrel Finished Gin Hits Shelves Around Pennsylvania

Craft spirits are as alive and well in Philly as craft beer. Philadelphia Distilling is a testament to that, with an impressive lineup of unique spirits including the award-winning Bluecoat American Dry Gin, one of the first craft gins on the market.

Any younger sibling knows it can be daunting to follow in a successful sibling’s footsteps, but Philadelphia Distilling’s Bluecoat Barrel Finished Gin is set to make its own mark on the spirits scene starting today, April 2.

Also, exclusive to Pennsylvania for the month of April and May will be a $5 instant rebate (that's right, $5 off right at the register). So the retail price of $34.99 gets bumped down to $29.99 for anyone that buys out of a Pennsylvania Fine Wine & Good Spirits store.

Bluecoat Barrel Finished Gin is aged for at least three months in American Oak barrels. This aging process imparts whiskey-like notes and hints of caramel, making this gin a delicious alternative for classic cocktails like the Old Fashioned or Martinez.

Bluecoat Barrel Finished Gin is a limited release and will only be on shelves for a short time. Starting April 2, customers will be able to find bottles on Philadelphia area Wine & Spirits shelves.
