Capogiro Gelato and Philadelphia Distilling Team up to Dish out Delicious Summer Treats

If you thought Capogiro’s gelato couldn’t get any more delicious, be ready to have your mind blown. Capogiro Gelato and Philadelphia Distilling launched the first of several seasonal gelato collaborations on Monday, July 13.

The debut flavor is Bluecoat + Blueberries featuring Bluecoat American Dry Gin and fresh Lancaster blueberries. The collaboration flavors will be available through Labor Day at each of Capogiro’s locations. Additional flavors like PENN 1681 + Cucumber featuring PENN 1681 Vodka will be announced on Capogiro’s instagram.

Other Philadelphia Distilling spirits to be featured include Bluecoat Barrel Finished Gin, Vieux Carre Absinthe Superieure, and THE BAY Seasoned Vodka. All spirits will be paired with local produce like peaches, apricots, currents, and tomatoes from Green Meadow Farms in Lancaster. Bloody Mary gelato, anyone?
