Opa Owners to Revamp Coco's on Jeweler's Row
The brains behind Opa and Drury Beer Garden have purchased Coco’s, a longstanding Jeweler’s Row bar, and plan to turn it into a new spot called the Craftsman Row Saloon by the end of the month.
George and Vasiliki Tsiouris, the brother and sister who have owned Opa since 2011, plan to open the Craftsman for both lunch and dinner service and also assure Coco’s fans that some parts of the bar will remain, including plaques commemorating longtime Coco’s regulars.
Specifics about the bar and menu are yet to be announced (aside from the fact that Chef Rich Freedman of Opa will be running the kitchen), but we’ll update when we hear more.
