Have you enjoyed an alcoholic beverage recently? That’s thanks to the ratification of the 21st Amendment, which, this year, celebrates its 82nd anniversary. Ratification happened on December 5, 1933. You can read more about Prohibition’s repeal here, and celebrate its repeal at The Trestle Inn on Saturday.
The Trestle Inn will be offering complimentary Old Fashioneds from 9–10 PM on Saturday, December 5. Complimentary Old Fashioneds will be made with Old Forester Signature 100 Proof. Old Forester is the only bourbon to be continuously distilled and marketed by the founding family before, during, and after prohibition.
In addition to complimentary Old Fashioneds, Repeal Day revelers can also enjoy $8 Old Fashioneds from Trestle Inn’s Six from the 60’s menu. So get out there and raise a glass this Saturday to the right to imbibe.
