Fork Debuts New Shareable Sunday Brunch
Fork, the Old City mainstay from Ellen Yin and Eli Kulp, is introducing a new “luxe shareable brunch” for a classy weekend morning meal.
Aside from brunch entrees served the usual way, Fork is introducing a few new platters that are designed for the whole table to enjoy, ranging from the Continental (a selection of house baked breads and pastries with plenty of spreads) to the House-Smoked Fish & Bagels (a diverse smoked fish platter served with bagels and breads).
As for brunch cocktails, offerings include the Sarsaparilla Flip (a whole-egg cocktail with sarsaparilla syrup and bourbon), the Cherry Bounce (a historic, secret recipe attributed to George Washington), Mimosas, and spicy Bloody Marys.
