Join La Peg & Sam Adams for a Four-Course Beer Pairing Dinner, May 16

La Peg and Sam Adams are hosting a special beer-pairing dinner on Monday, May 16 at 6:30 PM. The dinner, which is in honor of American Craft Beer Week, features four courses, each of which will be paired with a different Sam Adams brew.

Chef Peter Woolsey created each course as a natural pairing for the beers, so check it out below:

Green Bean Salad (honey roasted ham, toasted peanuts, garlic buttermilk dressing), paired with Sam Adams Summer Ale
Beer Braised Bacon (warm legumes, butter cooked radishes), paired with Sam Adams Boston Lager
Grilled Quail (charred scallions, olive oil crushed red bliss potatoes, spicy sausage gravy), paired with Sam Adams Rebel IPA
Apricot Tart (lemon verbena ice cream), paired with Sam Adams Nitro White Ale

The dinner is only $38 per person and reservations can be made on La Peg’s website, so don’t miss out on your chance to try this one-of-a-kind menu.
