The Oval Beer Garden Will Return on July 15

Philadelphia Parks & Recreation and the Fairmount Park Conservancy are bringing back the beer garden at The Oval starting on Friday, July 15.

The beer garden will feature craft beers like 21st Amendment’s Hell or High Watermelon and Leinenkugel’s Grapefruit Shandy alongside local wines from Pennsylvania’s own Blair Vineyards. On Saturdays, the garden will host games like Quizzo and cornhole, and on Sundays, they’ll feature kid-friendly activities like face-painting along with extended hours. They’ll also host a “Yappy Hour” every Thursday from 5 PM - 7 PM, where you can get $1 off your drink if you bring your dog.

Be sure to check out the garden on its opening night, July 15, from 5 PM - 10 PM, and add it to your beer garden bucket list for the rest of the summer.
