Baril is Hosting a 3-Course Bell's Beer Dinner, February 23
Baril and Bell’s Brewery are joining forces to offer a three course beer pairing dinner on Thursday, February 23 from 7 PM - 9 PM for just $30 per person.
Baril’s chef will prepare three specialty courses, each of which will be paired with a complementary beer. The first course will be house smoked salmon with rye bread and lemon aioli, which will be followed by beef bourguignon with pearl barley risotto and, for dessert, Earl Grey creme brulee with a lemon biscuit. For just $5 extra per person, guests can add a mystery cheese and beer pairing to their meal, and the beers already represented include Lager of the Lakes, Consecrator Doppelbock, Oarsman, and Berlinner.
