Bud & Marilyn's is Hosting a Fundraiser & Raffle for Hurricane Harvey Relief, September 5
Marcie Turney & Valerie Safran’s chic, upscale diner, Bud & Marilyn’s, is hosting a fundraiser and raffle for victims of Hurricane Harvey on Tuesday, September 5.
Though all of Turney & Safran’s restaurants and stores — including Open House, Verde, Marcie Blaine Chocolates, Jamonera, Little Nonna’s, grocery., Barbuzzo, and Lolita — will be donating 10% of their proceeds to relief funds for this catastrophic hurricane, Bud & Marilyn’s is the only spot in the group holding a raffle, which will offer up prizes from DiBruno’s, Yards Brewing Company, Halo Hair, Diageo, St. Germain, Brooklyn Brewery, and La Colombe, and more.
Beverage director Terence Lewis will be putting together a wine basket that will be raffled off, and Drink Philly will also be raffling off 2 tickets to our next boat cruise on the Spirit of Philadelphia. To top it all off, the front of the house staff of Bud’s is coming together to donate a portion of their tips to relief causes.
Stop in at Bud & Marilyn’s, grab a glass of frosé and a plate of cheese curds, and try your hand at winning any number of great raffle prizes, all for a great cause.
