Tria is Taking You Back to School This Fall With 2 New Wine Classes, Including Wine & Yoga

This fall, Tria is taking Philly back to school with two creative new wine classes: a yoga class with wine to accompany it, and a woodworking class centered around wine. Both classes will be hosted by Michael “The Curator” McCaulley.

On Saturday, September 23 from 3 PM - 5 PM, join McCaulley and yogi Lindsay Ouellette (who’s also a Tria alumna) at Berger and Montague (1622 Locust Street) for a guided Hatha yoga practice followed by a tasting of all-natural biodynamic wines. Tickets cost $40 per person, and you can get them here.

No experience is necessary for the woodworking class at Philadelphia Woodworks (4901 Umbria Street), which will take place on Wednesday, October 4 from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. The class will begin with a demonstration on how to make wooden cheese boards and will then move right along into an expert wine tasting with McCaulley, who will focus on different types of wine aging from around the world. Tickets run $99 per person and can be purchased here.

Don’t miss out on these one-of-a-kind classes from Philly’s premier wine bar — if you’re going to go back to school, it may as well involve a glass of wine.
