Federal Donuts is Hosting a Free Block Party on Sansom Street, October 1

On Sunday, October 1, Federal Donuts is hosting a massive free block party on Sansom Street between 16th and 17th Streets from 1 PM - 4 PM.

Besides serving as a release party for Federal Donuts’ first cookbook, Federal Donuts: The Partially True Spectacular Story, the party will, of course, be stocked with plenty of food to keep the crowd going. Rooster Soup Company will host a grill-out, fried chicken sandwiches from Federal Donuts will be abundant, and they’ll even have a wall full of donuts. Yards Brewing Company will be serving up beers for $5 apiece, and all proceeds from the beer sales will be donated to the Broad Street Hospitality Collective.

While you’re enjoying food from Solomonov’s cluster of restaurants on this stretch of Sansom Street, listen to live music from Killiam Shakespeare, DJ Royale, WhoaPhat featuring Sam Gellerstein, and Max Swan, the latter two of which are current Federal Donuts employees.
