Brauhaus Schmitz Hosts Giant Oktoberfest Celebrations at the 23rd Street Armory, Oct 6-8

Brauhaus Schmitz is turning Philadelphia into Munich this Columbus Day Weekend with their 2nd Annual 23rd Street Armory Oktoberfest. The 16,000 square foot space will house four separate Oktoberfest sessions accommodating up to 1500 folks with German food, beer, music and fun!

The armory will be decked out in traditional Oktoberfest fashion with Bavarian blue and white ceilings and festival tables and benches imported from Germany. Authentic Oktoberfest fare will be served by Chef Jeremy Nolen as well as beer from Munich’s Hofbräuhaus. There will also be a stage to house the Alex Meixner Band and the Heimatklange Band to keep the oompah music pumping all weekend.

Tickets are $35 for general admission and include a glass liter mug and a first liter of beer. For $65 (groups of 4 or 8) receive a glass mug, first liter of beer, reserved table seating, brotzeit (meat & cheese board), and 3 food tickets per person. New this year is the Uber VIP package for $85 (minimum group of 8) that includes reserved seating, glass liter mug, 10 liter mini keg, 2 brotzeits, 2 schlachtplattes (meat and sides), unlimited additional food, 2 schnaps-skis, and access to bathrooms downstairs.
