Join Philadelphia Distilling & Talula's Daily for a Collaboration Dinner, February 27

Philadelphia Distilling and Talula's Daily are hosting a one night only collaboration dinner on Tuesday, February 27, featuring original cocktails paired perfectly with innovative dishes.
Chef Kyle Clark, who heads up the kitchen at Talula's Daily, has concocted a five course menu to go alongside cocktails made with Philadelphia Distilling's spirits by Canyon Shayer, who has been behind the bar at the distillery's tasting room since it opened a year ago.
The dinner is $100 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) and has two seatings at 6 PM and 8:30 PM, and you can either book a spot on OpenTable or call the restaurant directly at 215-592-6555. The menu is below:
Shrimp Cocktail & Hushpuppy with The Bay 'cocktail sauce'
Cocktail: “Spicy Bay” The Bay (with tomatillo and pickled jalapeños)
Oyster Rockefeller with Vieux Absinthe Cream
Cocktail: “Death in the Afternoon” (with Champagne and Vieux Carre)
Beef and Béarnaise with Creamed Spinach
Cocktail: “Library Co.” (with Barrel Finished Bluecoat, Campari, Cointreau, Sweet Vermouth, Balsamic Vinegar)
Boozy Doe Run Fondue, Apples with our Our 'Philly' Pretzel Bread
And to conclude, Lavender Polenta Cake with Honey Ice Cream
