Creators of Uptown Beer Garden Hold a Pop-Up At the Bourse For Independence Day, June 29-July 3

The Bourse Marketplace, Old City's historic building, will reopen soon as a brand new high-end food court — but first, it will host the space's first pop-up beer garden beginning on Friday, July 29 and running until Tuesday, July 3, as a part of the Wawa Welcome America festival.

Operated by BRÜ Craft & Wurst (which also operates Center City's Uptown Beer Garden), the beer garden will be set up on the steps of the Bourse and offer $7 beers on draft, including local favorites like Love City Unity IPA, Yards Philadelphia Pale Ale, 2SP Delco Lager, and more, alongside snacks like soft pretzels for $1 or Bassett's ice cream for $4. Bluebird Distilling, which will be setting up shop in the Bourse's upcoming food court, will also be on site making frozen cocktails for $10 featuring Bluebird's own spirits.

The beer garden will be open from 5 PM - 7 PM throughout its run, which culminates in the Historic District Block Party on July 3, so if you want to get Independence Day weekend started as soon as possible, stop by the Bourse for beers, bites, cocktails, and more.
