Primal Supply is Hosting a One Night Only Fried Chicken & Beer Pop-Up with Chef Damon Menapace and Bonn Place Brewing, September 19
Fried chicken and beer is an unbeatable combination, and this Thursday, September 19 from 5 PM to 9 PM (or until sell-out), Primal Supply Meats in Brewerytown will offer an upscale version of this dynamic duo.
Alongside guest chef Damon Menapace of Le Virtu, Primal Supply will be serving up buttermilk fried chicken with biscuits, greens, and a sweet and spicy sauce. Guests can eat in or take out and choose between 2 pieces with sides ($15) or 5 pieces and sides ($30).
They'll also be offering craft beers to pair with your chicken — specifically, beers from Bonn Place Brewing, a Bethlehem-based brewery run by husband and wife duo Sam & Gina Masotto. Specliazing in English-style beers, they'll be serving their Mooey Ordinary Bitter pub ale (4.8%) and their Skootch Double Pale Ale (7.4%).
