There isn’t much better than a great beer and food pairing, except when it’s an extremely good deal. This is exactly what goes down each month at Cavanaugh’s Brew & Chew. Four specially selected craft brews meet expertly constructed hors d’oeuvres, designed to highlight each ale or lager’s unique character, and $20 gets you unlimited access to the eats and drinks for two hours.
On Wednesday, December 14, the Rittenhouse sports bar will be serving Victory Otto, Hof Ten Dormal Winter (check out our recent review), Manyunk Hop Phanatic and Allagash Black (chosen by the folks at Philly Beer Scene), along with noms that match up from 7–9 PM.
