Ithaca Beer Dinner at City Tap House, Jan 13
Sure, Ithaca Beer Co. is located in upstate New York, not the city proper, but that isn’t stopping City Tap House from riffing on a mostly NYC theme for tonight’s pairing dinner. If you’re looking for a good deal and great beer to round out your Friday the 13th activities, check out what’s in store over in University City.
A four-course meal features dishes with NY-inspired themes. Start with a Waldorf salad, follow it with Manhattan clam chowder, dig in to a Hudson Valley duck breast and finish with “Big Apple” cheesecake. Each course is paired with a different offering from Ithaca, including their beautifully hoppy Flower Power IPA and deep Gorges Smoked Porter.
