Cocktail Recipe: Green Tea Martini at 333 Belrose
Out in Radnor, 333 Belrose is located recently underwent a total renovation, adding modern and chic touches to the classic farmhouse building it calls home. the long bar surrounded by high-tops features slick, backlit liquor shelves, which contrast with the warm walls and old-fashioned lantern-esque chandeliers.
From behind the bar come a variety of specialty cocktails, including our Drink of the Week, the Green Tea Martini created by bartender Teddy Zipf (who gets bonus points just for the cool name). Here again the traditional is rethought, as this “martini” features neither gin nor vodka, but Jameson Irish Whiskey. Green Tea Martini
2 oz. Jameson
1 oz. peach schnapps
2 oz. sour mix
Splash Sprite
Fresh mint leaf
Combine first three ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into martini glass and top with a splash of Sprite. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf.
