Sto's Bar Alvarez vs. Mayweather Boxing Extravaganza, September 14

Are you a boxing fan? Or perhaps, boxing-curious? If so, Sto’s Bar is the place to be this Saturday. The Old City hang will be screening the Alvarez vs. Mayweather fight on 10 flat-screen TVs (including a huge 80-inch LED screen), so instead of Pay-Per-Viewing all alone at home, you can head over and watch the match with friends and other enthusiasts.

There’s a cover charge of $25 at the door, but if you mention Drink Philly at the door, you’ll get $5 off immediately. Look for beer and food specials — there’s a great lineup of craft drafts and you can also do buckets of Corona: $15 for five 12-oz. bottles. May the best fist win.
