Dock Street Brewing Company: Beer of Excellence: 1983

In honor of the Four Seasons Philadelphia's 30th anniversary, this West Philly brewpub created a special edition beer for the Logan Square hotel. The beer is a 9% lager cellared with Champagne yeast, and, as befits a celebratory drink, it's bright-tasting and pops on the tongue. Find it in the hotel's Swann Lounge, Fountain restaurant or at the brewery.
