This Märzen beer from the NJ brewery is packed-full of malt (Weyermans Munich, Dingemanns Aromatic, Dingemanns De-Bittered Black, Two-Row Pale) to go along with Horizon and Crystal hops and Dusseldorf Alt yeast. Its reddish-golden hue foretells the sweet caramel start and cinnamon and clove snap. Available September 1-November 1 at bars and take-out packaged goods and distributors (6.0% ABV).
