This American-Belgian combination was born from collaboration between two Iron Hill brewers and their favorites tastes. A big west coast IPA is married to a dry, yeast-driven Belgian using pilsner malt and Belgian candi sugar, fermented in a lively Bastigne yeast strain with Columbus, Centennial, Chinook, and Simcoe hops. Available September. You’ll need a growler to bring this one home (8.0% ABV).
