Step 7 of 10:
Swizzle: place the swizzel straight down through the middle of the ice and rub your hands together like you were trying to start a fire. Do this for about 5-10 seconds or until you see a slight frost on the outside of the glass.
Use a spoon if you don't have a swizzle.
