Save the Date: South Street Spring Festival Returns May 2
This year marks the third annual celebration on South Street. Festivities run from Front and South all the way through 8th and South, and festival goers can expect fun and engaging activities to span the entire length of the festival. The festival boasts three stages for music and entertainment, as well as eight street locations for a variety of performances. In addition to plenty of entertainment, over 40 artists, crafters and vendors will be set up selling one-of-a-kind pieces and much more. Many local bars and restaurants will be serving up food and drinks at the festival, including Brauhaus Schmitz who will once again host Maifest, a festival within the festival. There’s even a kids space where the younger crowd can express themselves with a variety of arts and crafts and other activities.
South Street Spring Festival is a free, all-day celebration of which everyone can be a part. The festival runs from 11 AM to 8 PM on Saturday, May 2. Be sure to mark it on your calendars now!
