A little while back, we reviewed two things: Beer-Inspired Cocktails at Farmers' Cabinet, and a delicious brew from Stillwater Artisanal Ales.

On June 6th from 3pm-5pm, these two beautiful things will be happily married as head bartender Phoebe Esmon (United States Bartenders Guild, PA President) recreates the flavor profiles of five different Stillwater beers using spirits, house-made bitters, fresh juices and other ingredients. In addition to some great cocktails, you'll get a chance to meet the brewer from Stillwater himself, Brian Strumke.

Do note that while these are beer-inspired cocktails, the drinks themselves contain no beer. The goal is recreate specific flavors of specifics beers such as IPAs, stouts, etc.) while only using high-quality cocktail ingredients. You really won't want to miss this.

This event will be Pay As You Go.
