Latest Opening from Memphis Taproom and Strangelove's Owners, Coeur, Launches New Happy Hour and Wine School

Bella Vista’s recent addition, Coeur, hosted its first Wine School event last week (Thursday, October 22) and featured Jason Malumed of Chalkboard Wine + Spirits and free wine tastings starring Chalkboard’s finest. Though the event sold out quickly, Coeur's Twitter promises more to come in the future. Coeur has also launched two new happy hours to keep you visiting until that next Wine School date is announced.

Couer’s weekday happy hour will run from 5–7 PM, Monday–Friday with $4 wines and beers, and on Mondays and Tuesdays, happy hour comes back into play with a late-night version from 9–11 PM (with the same deals from earlier). Not only that, but Coeur is launching another, pretty unique afternoon drink special -- for busy moms, dads, and nannies, you can BYO-stroller between 12 and 3 PM any weekday, and get a free glass of wine or beer.

Coeur, which opened in September, is the latest project to come from Brendan Hartranft and Leigh Maida, who also own Memphis Taproom, Strangelove’s, and Local 44. Clearly, they’re just getting started with their inventive specials, so we’re looking forward to everything that is to come.
