Drink Your Way Around the World with Red Owl Tavern's New Secret Passport Cocktail Menu

Red Owl Tavern, the signature bar housed in Old City's Hotel Monaco, has a new, internationally inspired cocktail menu that lets you drink your way around the world.

Created by head bartender Kyle Darrow, the Passport menu features cocktails inspired by countries like the Netherlands (which uses a clever stroopwafel-flavored syrup), Mexico (which allows you to choose one of three infused tequilas), India (which comes served in a small clay mug), and Scotland (which, of course, uses scotch). As you turn the pages, you'll see each cocktail thoroughly explained along with its ingredients, giving guests a glimpse into Darrow's thought process and the work behind this ambitious, exciting menu.

Not every bar patron at Red Owl will have access to this menu, however — meant for inquisitive, bold drinkers, this menu is by request only, so next time you're enjoying a drink at Red Owl's bar, ask your bartender for the Passport menu.
