September First Friday at Drink Philly: Photos

One of the best things about Drink Philly World Headquarters is that our office space is actually a cool loft gallery, located right in the middle of Old City. This month, we brought in upstate New York’s Ithaca Brewing Co. to stock our kegerator, and our neighbor Q BBQ & Tequila to fill our tummies. Ithaca’s Apricot Wheat ale was a great complement to the Q’s pulled pork with housemade barbecue sauce, as our happy guests could attest.
Visitors that strolled through our second floor space were entertained by live music (Ian Hooper on guitar and Justin Sekelewski on bass did a fantastic job) as they took in a diverse collection of art on our walls. Jules Victor and Rich Hundley brought gorgeous prints of their photography work, and Christopher Wagner showed large paintings of acrylic on plywood. Nicole Krecicki of Rainbow Alternative sold quite a few of her unique t-shirts, tanks and pins – we even had a mini face-off between folks who wanted to purchase the hand-stenciled Tom Selleck tie.
Check out the pics, and be sure to join us on October 7 for the next evening of art, food, drink and fun.
