By now, word has spread far and wide that Philly is a serious beer city. Luckily for curious visitors and newcomers, the good folks Philadelphia Urban Adventures have created Philly on Tap tours. Held Thursday–Sunday, these 12-person excursions begin at CIty Hall at 5 PM, and continue through an eclectic selection of neighborhood bars and brewpubs. The $20 per person advance ticket price includes three pints and a snack, enjoyed as knowledgeable guides chat about Philadelphia’s history and discuss the making of several local beers. This is a perfect activity when you’ve got family or friends coming to town – a way to let them glimpse the wonderful brew bounty that surrounds you at all times. Check out our video for more.
