Perch Pub's chef will be making a traditional Jambalaya to pair with the Louisiana beer Abita Turbodog. From 6-8 PM there will be samples of Malibu Black and Avion Silver Tequila from Southern Wine & Spirits. $5 Hurricanes will be the featured specialty cocktail and from 5-7 at the bar, craft drafts will be 1/2 price and there will be $5 Sycamore Lane Cabernet & Chardonnay, $5 vodka-infused martinis & classic gin and tonics, and $2.50-5.50 pub snacks.
